Subscriptions & payments
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page — access continues until the end of the current period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, except where digital service delivery has already begun. By accessing the dashboard after subscribing, you acknowledge service has begun and waive the withdrawal right accordingly.
Acceptable use
You may use WaveTrendSignals for your own personal trading research only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or scrape signal data; share account credentials; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Changes
Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at this URL.
